As a Mommy of two, a wife, a business owner and the many other hats I wear on a daily basis I sometimes find myself feeling a little STRESSED OUT!
Stress is a killer. Literally.

Health and prevent disease.
15 points. An intervention is needed. You may be at risk for serious health
problems. Implementing stress management tools is imperative to your
health.
